We are working to make the Student Organizations website easier to find

resources. Please excuse our dust, as we make this transition. If you are

starting or renewing an organization please review the information below.

1. Student Organization Renewal is now OPEN! Presidents have until August 23 to update their organizational profile in TCU's OrgSync. Organizations that complete their renewal correctly before July 1, 2013 will be entered to win prizes for their organization. *Prizes will be awesome, trust me, I have a master’s degree.

To make sure your organization renewal is done correctly, please go to your organization portal and update your profile information. You will need to update all of the fields requested (President, Advisor, Membership, etc.). The form has been shortened to make the process more simple and straightforward. Please make sure that your group's membership total matches the actual members that are in your organization's portal.

2. Don't miss out on having your organization represented to the entire incoming Class of 2017 on Sunday, August 18 from 3pm to 5pm at the Student Activities & Organizations Fair. Complete the online form here: https://orgsync.com/11795/forms/73378. The form must be completed by August 1.

3. As the new Director of TCU Student Organizations I am committed to providing better resources and connections for your organizations to be more effective on campus. There will be more training sessions, leadership development resources, organizational support and networking opportunities amongst your fellow peers starting Fall of 2013. Feel free to contact me directly at Brett.Phillips@tcu.edu or by phone at 817.257.7855. You can find me on campus on the second floor of the Brown-Lupton University Union in the Student Development Services suite.

Thank you for making TCU's campus thrive!

Sincerely,

Brett Phillips
