Office of Student Organizations

As you may have noticed, the Office of Student Organization is using a new online system  that will become TCU’s online one-stop shop for student involvement on campus. Features include:

• View news, discussions, upcoming events and meetings, and your organization calendar in one spot.
• Make use of personal and shared calendars to keep up to date
• Engage in discussions, communicate with your leaders and contribute to the success of your organizations.
• Create online polls to collect member information
• Upolad files for storage of meeting minutes, organization activities, and alumni data

To assist each of you in maximizing this new tool, OrgSync will be on site to provide personalized training for all of our student groups on campus.  This training is tentatively scheduled for the 1st week of September.  More information to follow soon.

We have moved our annual recognition process to a new online system.  Renew your organization by completing the "recognition renewal form" located under the forms section of your portal.  Once completed, this form is automatically submitted to our office.
